Nigerian Vlogger, Yemisi Odusanya, popularly known as Sisi Yemmie, has called on parents to ensure they give their kids irrespective of their gender equal opportunities.
In a post shared via her Twitter handle, SisiYemmi pointed out that some parents have over the years formed the habit of investing more in their male children than their females.
She stressed that she has never seen a family that did not reap the benefits when they empowered their female children. Her post reads;
”Give your children equal opportunities: male or female. Some parents invest so much in sons to the deteriment of their daughters. I’ve never seen an empowered woman whose family did not reap benefits.”
